Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz. Blue cheese
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2/3 c. olives, well drained and chopped
- 1 Tbsp. snipped chives
- 1/3 c. chopped walnuts
Method
- Blend cream cheese, Blue cheese and butter, then stir in chives and olives.
- Chill slightly.
- Form into a ball.
- Chill well.
- Press walnuts over outside of ball.
- Serve surrounded with assorted crackers.
- Makes 3 cups.
