Ingredients
- 6 peaches, peeled, split
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
- dash of cinnamon
Method
- Melt butter in an iron skillet.
- Place peach halves evenly in skillet.
- Fill the peach cavities with brown sugar.
- Simmer over low heat until well cooked.
- Serve while warm with cream and dash of cinnamon and nutmeg.
