- 1 boiled chicken with broth
- 3 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 3 1/2 c. cornbread crumbs
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. sage
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 2/3 c. melted margarine
- 1 1/3 c. milk
- 1 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 2 eggs, beaten slightly
Method
- Boil chicken.
- Cook
- all
- seasoning,
- onion
- and celery with margarine for 10
- to
- 15
- minutes. Add to crumb mixture. Combine milk, eggs and
- meat from bony pieces of chicken;
- add along with 1 1/4 cups broth and toss lightly.
- Bake in baking dish at 325° until firm.
