Ingredients

  • 1 boiled chicken with broth
  • 3 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 3 1/2 c. cornbread crumbs
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sage
  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 2/3 c. melted margarine
  • 1 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 1/4 c. chicken broth
  • 2 eggs, beaten slightly

Method

  • Boil chicken.
  • Cook
  • all
  • seasoning,
  • onion
  • and celery with margarine for 10
  • to
  • 15
  • minutes. Add to crumb mixture. Combine milk, eggs and
  • meat from bony pieces of chicken;
  • add along with 1 1/4 cups broth and toss lightly.
  • Bake in baking dish at 325° until firm.
