Ingredients
- 2/3 c. margarine
- 3 c. quick oats
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. almond extract
Method
- In a large bowl mix ingredients with hands until well blended. Make balls the size of marbles on lightly greased cookie sheet. Press balls flat with back of fork.
- When cool, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
