- 2 cans green beans or your favorite fresh or canned veggies
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 2 mushrooms, chopped
- 6 oz. frozen bacon, chopped
- pepper
- seasoned salt
- basil
- parsley
- 1/4 c. butter
Method
- Melt butter on medium heat.
- Add green onions, green, red and yellow bell peppers, mushrooms and bacon.
- Season to taste with seasonings.
- Saute until bacon is softly crisp.
- Add green beans without juice.
- Cover; cook for 5 minutes, then simmer until ready to serve.
