Ingredients

  • 2 cans green beans or your favorite fresh or canned veggies
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 mushrooms, chopped
  • 6 oz. frozen bacon, chopped
  • pepper
  • seasoned salt
  • basil
  • parsley
  • 1/4 c. butter

Method

  • Melt butter on medium heat.
  • Add green onions, green, red and yellow bell peppers, mushrooms and bacon.
  • Season to taste with seasonings.
  • Saute until bacon is softly crisp.
  • Add green beans without juice.
  • Cover; cook for 5 minutes, then simmer until ready to serve.
