Ingredients

  • 1 head Cabbage, Or A Bag Of Pre-shredded Cabbage
  • 1 whole Carrot, Medium Size, Peeled And Grated (if Using Bagged Slaw, It May Already Contain Carrots)
  • 1/2 whole Green Pepper, Diced
  • 3/4 cups Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
  • 3 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Celery Seed

Method

  • Grate cabbage in a medium-sized bowl. Stir in grated carrot and diced green pepper. Set aside.
  • In a small bowl, mix together remaining ingredients until well blended. Fold into grated cabbage mixture and chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • You may adjust the amounts of all ingredients in the recipe, namely vinegar and sugar, to suit your taste. A little extra sugar will easily sweeten the dressing of this salad.
