Ingredients
- 1 orange chiffon cake (round)
- 2 eggs, beat well
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 stick oleo or butter
- 1/2 c. frozen orange juice (undiluted)
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. pecans
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1 pt. whipped cream
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Method
- Slice cake into 3 layers.
- Mix well the eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, butter and orange juice.
- Then add coconut, pecans and pineapple.
