Ingredients
- 100 grams Boiled bamboo shoots
- 3 leaves Shiso (finely chopped)
- 1 1/2 tbsp each Soy sauce, mirin
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
Method
- Slice the boiled bamboo shoots.
- (If using canned bamboo shoots, boil for 2 minutes first.)
- Mix the dressing ingredients.
- Mix together Step 1 and Step 2 and let the flavors meld for about 30 minutes.
