Ingredients
- 1 c. margarine
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 c. ground pecans
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 c. plain flour
Method
- Cream margarine and sugar.
- Add yolks and flour.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Then form into small balls; roll in slightly beaten egg whites, then in nuts.
- Place on greased cookie sheet.
- Press a piece of candied cherry on top.
- Bake at 325° to 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Yields approximately 55.
