Ingredients
- 5 diced potatoes
- 1 large carrot
- 1 c. diced broccoli
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 Tbsp. bacon grease
- 1/4 c. bacon bits
Method
- Cut potatoes and cut carrot.
- Add to diced onion and broccoli. Cover with cool water.
- Add bacon grease and bacon bits.
- Bring to a boil.
- After brought to boil turn down and cook until vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes on medium-high.
- Add milk when 20 minutes end (add salt and pepper if desired).
