Ingredients
- 1 c. corn oil
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 small garlic clove, minced fine
- 1 Tbsp. onion, minced fine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Method
- Mix in glass jar or cruet.
- Let stand several hours before using.
- Keeps for a long time in refrigerator.
- Good on green salads.
