Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. regular oats, uncooked
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. water
Method
- Combine flour, salt and sugar in a mixing bowl.
- Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse meal.
- Stir in oats. Sprinkle water evenly over surface.
- Stir with a fork until all ingredients are moistened.
- Shape dough into a ball; chill.
- Roll to fit a 9-inch pie plate.
