Ingredients
- 2 c. Crisco
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 4 tsp. vanilla flavor
- 6 c. (18 oz.) quick oats
- 2 c. raisins
Method
- Cream together the Crisco, sugar and vanilla.
- Mix in flour (a little at a time).
- Stir in oats and raisins.
- Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375° until light brown, 12 to 15 minutes.
- Yields 6 to 8 dozen.
