Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork tenderloin
- 12 ounces root beer
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt (we like kosher)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
Method
- Thaw bag (in bowl) in refrigerator overnight.
- Cook in crockpot on low for 6-8 hours.
