Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Cook flour and milk until thick and cool.
- Blend shortening, sugar, salt and vanilla together.
- Add flour and milk and beat until thick and creamy.
- Good frosting for carrot cake.
