Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. raw cranberries
- 3 apples, peeled
- 1 can crushed pineapple with juice
- 3 (3 oz.) boxes red jell
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Method
- Prepare jell according to box, except 1/2 cup less of cold water.
- Wash cranberries and put in blender along with apples. Add a little jell liquid to help chop.
- Put in bowl and add sugar and mix; when dissolved, add gelatin mixture.
- Add pineapple and nuts.
- Chill 2 to 3 hours before serving.
