Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Dark Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Oats
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 cup Walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 12 ounces Dark Chocolate Chips
Method
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, beat together brown sugar, butter, egg and vanilla
- Stir in flour, oats and baking soda. Dough will be stiff.
- Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake 8 minutes or until light brown around the edges. Let cool slightly and transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
