- 2 pieces chicken breasts with bone in
Method
- 1. Cook the chicken in 3/4" of water in a frying pan. The water should come up to the chicken bone level.
- 2. Boil the chicken, covered, for approximately 30 minutes. You can add thume or dill in the water.
- 3. Take out the chicken. Put it in foil wrapped up like a piece of candy with the ends twisted.
- 4. Let it sit at room temp on a dish and then put in the fridge when it's cooled off.
