Ingredients
- 3 egg whites, beaten
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 14 soda crackers, finely crushed
- 1/4 c. pecans, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- fresh peaches or other fruit
Method
- Mix and beat first 5 ingredients until egg whites look dry; place in a large pie dish, rounding sides up.
- Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until dry and light brown.
- Add fresh peaches or any other fruit desired sliced, sweetened and drained.
- Cover with whipping cream or Cool Whip.
- Let set a few hours in refrigerator or can be refrigerated overnight.
