- 2 c. celery
- 2 c. sharp Cheddar
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 tsp. coriander
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. milk
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
Method
- In large pan cook celery, onion and green pepper until tender. Add the soup and milk with water and vegetables.
- In double boiler combine tomato paste, coriander, pepper and cheese until smooth.
- Add mixture to original pot.
- Simmer until mixed and add sour cream.
