Ingredients
- 2 c. all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. butter
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1-3/4 c. dark brown sugar (firmly packed)
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 3/4 c. evaporated milk
- 3/4 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. chopped pecans
Method
- For pastry:
- Combine 2 cups flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/2 cup sugar and work in butter with pastry blender or fork.
- Mix in vinegar and spread dough in a 10x15x1-inch pan, shape up sides.
