Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. water
- pinch of salt
- 1 Tbsp. oil
Method
- Beat egg, add other ingredients; mix well.
- Roll thin on a floured cloth or board.
- When dry, roll up and cut.
- Slice thin.
- I lay them on a towel in the patio until thoroughly dry.
- May be stored in pantry or freeze.
