Ingredients
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) can quartered artichoke hearts
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 -2 cup cheddar cheese
Method
- Drain artichoke hearts and chilies.
- Mix together in glass bowl or pan with mayo.
- Cover with cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
