Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 c. well-drained sauerkraut
- 1 c. beef bouillon
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- paprika
Method
- Brown chops, season and place in single layer in pan.
- Cover chops with onion and sauerkraut.
- Mix beef bouillon and sour cream and pour over sauerkraut.
- Bake, covered, for 1 hour in 350° oven. About 10 minutes before serving, sprinkle with crumbs and paprika and finish baking uncovered.
- Baste chops a few times after putting the crumbs on top.
