Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken or 2 to 3 large chicken breasts, boiled in salt water
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 small onion (optional)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing
- pepper to taste
Method
- Cook chicken until tender; skin and pick off bones.
- Chop up chicken.
- Spray Pam in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Put stuffing in dish and pour chicken broth over stuffing mix.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until brown.
