Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken or 2 to 3 large chicken breasts, boiled in salt water
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 small onion (optional)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing
  • pepper to taste

Method

  • Cook chicken until tender; skin and pick off bones.
  • Chop up chicken.
  • Spray Pam in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  • Put stuffing in dish and pour chicken broth over stuffing mix.
  • Add all other ingredients.
  • Mix well.
  • Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until brown.
