Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, unbeaten
- 1/4 c. softened margarine
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. blueberries
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Cream margarine; add sugar until fluffy.
- Add egg; beat well.
- Add flour, alternating with milk and vanilla.
- Beat well.
- Coat blueberries with 4 teaspoons of flour; fold into batter.
- Pour into greased and floured 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
