Ingredients
- 80 grams walnuts preferrably peeled
- 1/2 cup coconut milk carton, 120g / ml
- 1/2 cup crema media, 120g / ml or 25% fat cream or sour cream
- 100 grams cream cheese could also be mascarpone or ricotta
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons sugar equivalent, Swerve or 4 packets of Splenda
Method
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and/or desired consistency.
