Ingredients
- 1 12 inch pizza crust or fresh pizza dough
- extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup grated Italian fontina cheese
- 1 cup chopped arugula
- 2 oz. Prosciutto di Parma, thinly sliced
- 1 lge or 2 sm garlic cloves, minced
Method
- Brush oil lightly over pizza crust
- Sprinkle minced garlic
- Evenly spread cheese
- Top with arugula then prosciutto
- Grill on pizza stone or bake in 350 degree oven until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted
