Ingredients
- 2 pounds stewing beef cut into pieces
- 1 package onion soup mix dry, mix
- 1/2 cup red wine dry
- 1 can soup, cream of mushroom
- 4 ounces mushrooms whole
Method
- Combine all ingredients in CROCK-POT.
- Stir together well Cover and cook on Low 8 to 12 hours.
- Serve over noodles or rice.
