Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Blend soups together; add milk until smooth.
- Then add rice and pour into bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and spread evenly.
- Place raw chicken over the rice mixture and sprinkle the onion soup mix over the chicken.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake 2 hours.
