Ingredients
- 2 lb. stew meat
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- sliced mushrooms
- 2/3 soup can water
Method
- Add all ingredients into a Dutch oven with lid; mix.
- Cook, covered, in 300° oven for 3 hours.
- Do not peek! Serve on hot rice or noodles.
- May use sour cream, if desired.
