Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. cornflakes
- 1 lb. sausage meat
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 3/4 c. fine bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 beaten egg
- 8 scrambled eggs
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease lightly a 7-inch ring mold, press cornflakes onto the bottom.
