Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened at room temperature
- 1 stick margarine, softened at room temperature
- 1 box powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Method
- Cream together the cream cheese and margarine. Beat in powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and stir in pecans. Frost between layers, sides and top of cooled cake.
