Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. quick-cooking oats
- 1 1/3 c. coconut
Method
- Melt butter in saucepan.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir until blended.
- Spread or press into a well-greased 8-inch square pan.
- Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
- Cool and cut in squares. Makes 24 bars.
