Ingredients
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
- 4 tsp. cornstarch
- 2/3 c. evaporated skim milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- In a small saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa and cornstarch.
- Add skim milk.
- Cook and stir constantly over medium heat until thickened.
- Continue cooking for 2 more minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Add vanilla.
- Serve warm or cool.
- Can keep in refrigerator covered for one week.
- Use on ice cream, cake, etc.
- Only 47 calories per tablespoon.
