Ingredients
- leftover roast beef or steak, cubed
- 1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
- sliced onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/5 tsp. pepper
- 1 pt. canned tomatoes
- 1/2 c. water
Method
- Cover bottom of 1 1/2-quart casserole with meat.
- Spread rice over meat.
- Cover rice with onion; sprinkle salt and pepper.
- Top with tomatoes and water.
- Cover; bake at 300° for 2 hours.
