Ingredients
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1/2 stick margarine (soft)
- 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 2 cans coconut
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- In the eggs, beat in sugar and margarine until smooth.
- Blend in flour, milk, coconut and vanilla.
- Pour into greased pans.
- Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
