Ingredients
- 1 large can drained peaches
- 1 large can chunk pineapple, drained (save 1/2 c. juice)
- 4 medium bananas
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla or French vanilla pudding
Method
- Place sliced bananas in lemon juice to keep them from turning dark.
- Put your chopped peaches and pineapple in a bowl.
- Mix instant pudding with 1/2 cup pineapple juice and pour into bowl over chopped fruit.
- If you wish, you may wait until time to serve to add your sliced bananas.
- Make ahead of time so it will have time to season.
