Ingredients

  • 1 large can drained peaches
  • 1 large can chunk pineapple, drained (save 1/2 c. juice)
  • 4 medium bananas
  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla or French vanilla pudding

Method

  • Place sliced bananas in lemon juice to keep them from turning dark.
  • Put your chopped peaches and pineapple in a bowl.
  • Mix instant pudding with 1/2 cup pineapple juice and pour into bowl over chopped fruit.
  • If you wish, you may wait until time to serve to add your sliced bananas.
  • Make ahead of time so it will have time to season.
