Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese (regular Or Reduced Fat)
  • 1/4 cups Sugar
  • 1/4 cups Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoons Ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoons Nutmeg
  • 8 ounces, weight Whipped Topping, Thawed, Regular Or Light
  • 9-inch Ready Made Graham Cracker Pie Crust

Method

  • In a large bowl beat cream cheese and sugars until creamy. Stir in pumpkin, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Fold in whipped topping.
  • Spread filling evenly into pie crust. Chill for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
