Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese (regular Or Reduced Fat)
- 1/4 cups Sugar
- 1/4 cups Light Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons Ginger
- 1/4 teaspoons Nutmeg
- 8 ounces, weight Whipped Topping, Thawed, Regular Or Light
- 9-inch Ready Made Graham Cracker Pie Crust
Method
- In a large bowl beat cream cheese and sugars until creamy. Stir in pumpkin, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Fold in whipped topping.
- Spread filling evenly into pie crust. Chill for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
