Ingredients
- 4 to 6 loin chops (1/2-inch thick)
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. granulated garlic
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- juice from 1 to 2 lemons (your taste)
Method
- Combine oil and next 6 ingredients.
- Arrange pork chops in a single layer, flat in a large sealable plastic bag.
- Pour marinade over chops. Seal bag and freeze. When ready to use, thaw chops in refrigerator overnight.
- Cook over hot coals on grill 20 to 30 minutes until juices run clear.
- May also be browned in frying pan with 2 to 3 tablespoons oil, then cooked 20 minutes longer. Serves 4 to 6.
