Ingredients
- 3 c. oats
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 stick oleo
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
Method
- Put in a medium size pan the cocoa, sugar, milk and oleo. Cook the mixture for 2 minutes after it begins to boil, then take the pan off the stove.
- Add the oats, vanilla and peanut butter. Beat the mixture until it is cool enough and stiff enough to drop on cookie sheet or wax paper.
- Makes 2 1/2 to 3 dozen.
