- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 c. onions, chopped
- 2 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. green peppers
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove garlic
- 16 oz. can kidney beans
- 2 c. tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 pkg. artificial sweetener
Method
- Brown meat and drain.
- Mix meat and onions. Saute until onions are done. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
- Equals 3 proteins and 1 1/2 vegetables.
