Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 c. brown sugar (light or dark)
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
- 2 1/2 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Method
- Boil butter, milk and brown sugar for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper to cool.
- Makes 4 or 5 dozen.
