Ingredients

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 large carton Cool Whip
  • 1 medium pkg. chopped nuts
  • 1 small bottle candied cherries
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 to 5 large bananas
  • 2 c. powdered sugar

Method

  • Melt 1 stick margarine.
  • Mix nuts and graham cracker crumbs. Place in 8 x 12-inch pan.
  • Mix eggs, sugar and 1 stick butter. Place on top of graham cracker mixture.
  • Place crushed pineapple (drained) on top of egg mixture.
  • Layer bananas on top of that. Cover with Cool Whip.
  • Garnish with nuts and cherries.
