- 10 to 12 lb. lean ground beef
- 3 lb. onions
- 1 1/2 bunches celery
- 4 green peppers
- 4 c. catsup
- 2 c. Kraft barbecue sauce
- 1 qt. tomato juice
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/3 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 to 3 tsp. vinegar
- dash of pepper
Method
- Add to meat mixture and mix well.
- Cover and bake at 350° for 2 to 3 hours.
- Stir occasionally.
- Serves 90.
