Ingredients

  • 1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. liquid Butter Buds
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 1/4 tsp. lite salt (optional)
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 c. cooked shrimp

Method

  • Combine tomatoes, onion, celery, bell pepper, salt, bay leaf, red pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Cook slowly for about 30 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated and the vegetables are very soft.
