- 1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. liquid Butter Buds
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. skim milk
- 1/4 tsp. lite salt (optional)
- black pepper to taste
- 2 c. cooked shrimp
Method
- Combine tomatoes, onion, celery, bell pepper, salt, bay leaf, red pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cook slowly for about 30 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated and the vegetables are very soft.
