- 6 c. water
- 1/3 to 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 medium yellow onions, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 c. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- dash of hot pepper sauce
- 2 c. vegetable broth *
- 8 c. cooked brown rice
