Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli or fresh
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 (12 oz.) can Mexicali corn, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can French-style green beans, drained
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Method
- Cook broccoli and drain.
- Set aside.
- In a 2 quart casserole melt butter in microwave on High 30 to 60 seconds.
- Stir in cornstarch and microwave on High an additional 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until butter is slightly thickened.
- Add veggies, garlic salt and cheese.
- Heat on High in microwave 10 minutes, stirring twice.
- Serves 8.
