Ingredients

  • 130 grams Plain cooked rice
  • 40 grams Narazuke
  • 5 grams Chirimen jako (semi-dried salted tiny sardines)
  • 20 grams Japanese leek
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil

Method

  • Dice the Narazuke into 5 mm.
  • Thinly slice the white part of the leek.
  • Beat an egg in a bowl.
  • Heat oil in a pan and pour the beaten egg.
  • When it begins to set, add the rice and stir fry while breaking the clumps apart.
  • When the rice clumps have separated, add the ingredients and stir fry together.
  • Drizzle soy sauce onto the exposed hot surface of the pan.
  • Mix in and it's done.
