Ingredients
- 4 large whole chicken breasts
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Method
- Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces.
- Heat 2 to 2 1/2 inches oil to 360°.
- Mix remaining ingredients until smooth.
- Dip chicken in this and fry until golden brown, turning once.
- Drain.
- Serve with Lemon Sauce.
